This is the shirt where we do it to rush for WGT. So maybe there's some "weakness" about it. Hopefully our next shirt can do it better. :)

Objective completed.

One of my aim is complete after I beat them today. They asked alot of team to play against them after they revamp their whole squad. Basically they put the best player in their clan into a team, and see what's the outcome. Probably their chemistry is not around, we won them 3-1. We outclassed them, totally. They were the team who beat us during SCG. And that time, they won third place. But now even they revamp and put all the best player together, we still beat them. I'm really proud of my players, at least they helped me to complete one of my objectives. My next aim would be winning some other tournament. I know we can do it. I will push to my limit, and I will do my best to get to best out of everyone. Although I'm not fully concentrate on other team, but I'll give them a lift so that they still can continue progress. Hopefully they will show me some result. I will strive my best to bring XEF to it's glory days like before!

WGT Result

We lost in Quarter Final against SCG Champion, ESP.wOw. We lost in psychological warfare where all the supporters cheering for them, when we only have 3-5 people cheering for us. :( But we put up a good fight. We had done well, especially SRC|[XEF]FcuK. They won over ESP.eMo in SnD, but sadly, they lost in Domination and Crash. But I'm very satisfied with their performance. Just that is abit of sad when we were this close and we didn't make use of the opportunities.

We already improved alot since the mass exodus. I am proud of my comrades and I will strive my best to bring this clan to it's glory!

WGT

WGT is like less than a week. We had played numerously. We played against one of the best team in Malaysia. At first I thought that we might be losing badly. But the result turned out quite satisfying. Which means we had improved alot since the last tournament. We played four maps, we won twice, they won twice. Not such a bad result for a team that just rebuild for less than 3 months eh? :)

WGT is one of my dream. I want to make myself well-known to the Malaysian COD4 community. I expecting myself to do something special, something that people are hard to forget about. But my main target is still the same.. I want to win it. Although it is hard, but I still want to try it.

Players come and go, that's more like a natural thing to happen, most common thing to happen. Like now, there's a couple of player in my mind I'm planning to remove them from the clan. I'm actually bringing the best for our clan. Recently I heard my friend told me that there's alot of newbies in my clan, which really upsets me because I can't really do much since I just rebuild this clan after a mass exodus. After a mass exodus and came up against one of the best team in Malaysia and we won them two maps, aren't really a bad result isn't it?

I always tell myself to give some space to the players who are weak. I know that because I was once a newbie, weak, whatever words that you can think of. But sometimes they took it too long to improve, till one moment I really wished that I never recruited them before if I know how bad they play.

We'll see how it goes. Three players. After WGT. Mass arrangement. See what would happen to us. As for WGT, I wish that I can at least knock out two teams. Wish me luck. :(

Sponsorship

Almost another few weeks I didn't update my blog. Been busy with assignment, personal presentation when it was suppose to be group, and my clan issues. But more importantly is the sponsorship.

Finally I get my team to be sponsored by Sunway Rock Cafe. I had finalized one of my dream and I'm going to move on to the next target real soon. Recently plenty of things happen and there's some small conflict in the clan. But again, I know this will over and I know I can solve it. Our target is World GameMaster Tournament. I'm planning to at least knock out one team or more. That will be my objective on the tourney. No more "exposure", but winning is the one I'm going after. We're gonna give all we can, and I hope this time all the hard work we've putted in, can get reward.

Hopefully other team can improve as well cause we're gonna live on a standard, instead of just wondering around like headless chicken. Rebuild the clan for months, I guess is time to improve already. Although I do expect alot of them, but that's also for their own good. I cannot take it when I see some of my clan member is actually alot weaker than other members. I want all of em to improve, and at least live in the standard I'm going to set. Hopefully they could make it, because removing them from the team is not a good idea as well. =/
